Damages & Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact customer service immediately. Wearblack will provide a free return or a full refund for defective or wrong items when notified within 7 days of receipt (counted from the day you received your order), provided the items are unworn, unwashed and with all original tags attached. Here are some services that we offer to make up for damaged and incorrect orders:
Before you make a return, please note that we can only process returns for different sizes of the same item. We cannot keep products on hold for returns. If we do not have the product/item requested in stock when we receive your return, we will issue a refund for you. The shipping fee for returns will be borne by Wearblack so make sure you send us the delivery receipt to firstname.lastname@example.org so we can reimburse the delivery fee. For hygienic reasons, sunglasses, socks, hats, underwear and swimwear cannot be returned. Items purchased at Wearblack are eligible for returns within 7 days of receipt.
Return and refund requests cannot be processed if the customer requests for a return or a refund more than 7 (seven) days after ordered products are received.
Returns will be processed within 2-5 business days, while it may take up to 7 business days for refunds to be processed. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. Returns and refunds are only eligible for orders that have been shipped and received by customers.
Refund is only eligible if Wearblack fail to send your ordered item due to the unavailability of items or if the item you want to return is not available. Items purchased at Wearblack are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of receipt. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached in order to be refunded. However, Items purchased on sale with any additional discounts are FINAL SALE and cannot be refunded.
We always make sure that your order will be shipped maximum 3 days after your order has been confirmed (this means that you have already completed the payment confirmation). We do shipping from Monday to Friday. If you place an order on Fridays, your order will be shipped on the next Monday.
We accept all bank transfers from different banks to our BCA account. We are very sorry to say that we do not accept personal checks.
